Wer weis, was das zu bedeuten hat? Post von Overblog

Diese Email erhielt ich heute von Overblog. Da mein Englisch mehr als begrenzt ist, konnte ich mir natürlich nur, mehr schlecht als recht, was zusammenreimen.
Demnach endet zum 1.März die Werbepartnerschaft und kann später wieder aufgenommen werden. 
Habe ich das richtig interpretiert? 
Die Mail lies sich auch nicht übersetzen.

We inform you that the author partnership on Overblog will cease at the end of the month. We hope we will reopen it later during the year.
On march 1st,  the ads will not be displayed anymore and your daily revenue will be equal to zero. You will then be allowed to invoice  and cash out your current balance even if it is below 50€.

We apologize for unconvenience and hope to restart the program soon.
